Pilates Flow: Core & Mobility 🧘♀️
Today Amanda and Chloe demonstrated two classic Pilates reformer movements — Short Spine and Climb the Tree.
These exercises focus on:
• deep core activation
• spinal mobility and articulation
• hip and hamstring flexibility
• controlled, intentional movement
Pilates is all about strength through control, not speed or heavy weight.
By emphasizing breath, alignment, and precision, Pilates helps improve posture, mobility, and overall movement quality — making it a powerful complement to strength training, recovery, and everyday life.
