We treat people, not just their pain! We specialize in Orthopedics, Spine and Sports. We treat a wide variety of diagnosis from Neck, Back, Ankle, Shoulder, Knee, TMJ, Vertigo and much more! We offer personalized evaluations and conduct hands on manual therapy.

📚 On Saturday, May 3, we taught our Hip Residency & Mentoring Course! The class was led by Brian Blanco, PT, DPT, OCS, CAFS, assisted by Robbie Grant, PT, DPT and Sherwin De Guzman, PT, DPT, OCS, SCS.

Our team of therapists learned and applied a systematic method to assess and treat the hip joint complex. It included specific manual treatment techniques and a variety of exercises and stretches that can help just about anyone!

📚 On Saturday, April 12, we hosted our Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) Residency & Mentoring Course at our Brea Clinic. The class was led by Scott Locken, PT, DPT, and assisted by David Luckett, PT, DPT.

The class focused on applying PNF principles to improve neuromuscular control, functional movement, and motor learning. Students explored hands-on techniques to facilitate movement patterns and enhance strength, stability, and coordination through targeted manual cues and resistance strategies.💡

📚 On Saturday, March 15 we hosted our Shoulder Residency & Mentoring Course at our Brea Clinic. The class was led by David Hodges, PT, DPT, CFMT, OCS, CSCS, with assistance from Tony DeMonaco, PT, DPT, and Jacob Castersen, PT, DPT. The class focused on developing a systematic hands-on approach to the observation, assessment, and treatment of shoulder pain. We also reviewed movement analysis and movement re-education of the shoulder, neck, and upper back. 💡

Our team recently completed the Shoulder Mentoring & Residency Course taught by Rich Coury PT, MPT, OCS, ATC, CSCS, and assisted by Tony Demonaco PT, DPT and David Hodges, PT, DPT, OCS, CFMT, CSCS.

The course provided a deeper understanding of the shoulder complex, with emphasis on identifying key impairments and advanced manual therapy treatment techniques.

Our clinical director/residency faculty member David Hodges, PT, DPT, CSCS, OCS recently assisted Vicki Johnson in teaching the “Core First Strategies” class with Institute of Physical Art.

This class teaches strategies to help patients use their core to improve posture and movement. Our Lake Forest PTA, Brian, also took the class! We’re thankful for a team that is constantly learning and continuing to grow, teach, and pursue excellence for our patients!
