On my walk last night, before the sunset, with no real habitat around this hummingbird appeared - kind of out of place for the time and place we were at. And then perched itself as me and my dog approached and just sat there. My grandma had many feeders in her yard and loved to watch hummingbirds visit her. Ever since her passing, I feel her presence every time I see one - she always seems to present herself when I need her - I have read that it can be a positive omen, a sign of joy, or a message from a loved one, a symbol of love, happiness, healing, and good luck. All I know is that I feel her presence and feel the warmth of her love and hugs and the sense that “it will be ok”. I miss her. Curious to know who else has similar things in their life from those loved ones who have passed and what are they ?

I’m making time for Targeted Hyperbaric Therapy this morning - A great way to recover quicker from jet lag and all that comes with traveling - airports, hotels, rental cars , being off your normal diet , sleep deprived.
