The Women’s Board of Northwestern Medicine Catherine Gratz Griffin Lake Forest Hospital recently welcomed physical therapist Theresa Montella and her daughter, Danielle Montella-Stenson, RN.

Montella, a physical therapist at Northwestern Medicine Catherine Gratz Griffin Lake Forest Hospital for 35 years, and Montella-Stenson, a nurse in the emergency department, shared insights on compassionate patient care, the future of clinical nursing education, advancements in physical therapy and the impact of the recent hospital expansion.

Montella-Stenson was presented with the 2025 Helen Dick Bronson Scholarship on behalf of The Women’s Board of Northwestern Medicine Catherine Gratz Griffin Lake Forest Hospital. We are grateful for their dedication and multigenerational commitment to our community.
