Spine pain is by far the most popular injury we treat. With the majority of jobs now being sedentary and long hours of sitting at the computer, people are suffering from back pain more than ever. To maintain proper health and spinal mobility we recommend several exercises but this is by far the most beneficial. Not everyone is ready for this due to it's intensity but if you find yourself stuck at that computer for long hours everyday, consider it.

***Of course we always recommend a proper evaluation before trying anything new***
