We've been working hard to meet the needs of the community over the past few months. Here are some changes you may notice:

👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️ More staff. In the past 6 months, we've doubled our team. This has allowed us to keep up with phone calls, see more patients, and lessen wait times while staying true to our vision and values

👷‍♂️🛠 More space. When we reached maximum capacity in the spring, we immediately began construction on 4 temporary exam rooms in an additional suite in our building. This allows us to see more patients and gives us flexibility to close a room if a patient tests positive for COVID-19.

💻📞Improved technology. We added an online appointment request tool and E-Registration. This helps us to schedule more efficiently and made the registration process contactless.

🚗🚙Easier and safer access. Our small parking lot no longer worked for us or our patients when our clinic capacity increased. With the help of our landlords, we added an additional lot behind our building with access to enter and exit off of Waukegan Rd.

If you had trouble scheduling an appointment for COVID-19 testing or experienced a long wait in the past, know that we have made improvements and have adapted to the needs of our patients and community.
We are here for you and your needs, whether that be COVID-19 testing or an injury or ailment that we can treat in our urgent care center.

Our online appointment COVID-19 test request form has helped us schedule appointments faster which means there's more time for our staff to take care of our patients AND we are able add in more appointment openings!

If you choose to travel over the holiday season, plan to do so responsibly. The CDC recommends that travelers get a COVID-19 test 1-3 days before traveling and 3-5 days after return.

We are extending our COVID-19 testing appointment hours to meet the needs of the community over the holiday season. Call our office or submit an appointment request to book your testing appointments.
