Mom fuel by for the WIN on the morning of Avery’s birthday party. (This s’mores flavor is EVERYTHING!) Party prep is HARD and I was flying solo because Vaughn was off prepping his new biz for their first event before speeding home to help me finish! Whew!!! 😅 has all the goods you guys, we know this, so excited to find Hiker there! And excited to shop with them more too… it’s been a minute!

In all seriousness, thank you for such healthy, nourishing options, and for giving my family and I a fun way to practice our favorite hobby: grocery shopping. 😂 In this slow winter season (and a season of self-care, wellness, and routines while prepping for my wedding) slowing down and being present is so important. And making healthy meals at home is a great way to do that. 🥹🫶🏼 Just feeling sappy and lucky!

She asks to go at least once every couple days… and I can’t say no EVERY time?! Wedding skin prep has been in full swing, I’m trying to keep this lips hydrated 24/7, so we’ve gotta keep our favorite lip products STOCKED!!! won me over last summer, and I haven’t been able to move on from them. Every product is 10/10!

Gooood morning! Showing off a new favorite energy drink option of Vaughn’s, . These are ingredients we can get behind, and flavors Vaughn loves, so it’s a win-win for us! (You guys know we have become pretty picky about ingredient labels over the last few years so finding a cleaner energy drink for Vaughn has been a challenge between wanting not only good ingredients but good flavor, too!)

When a brand you’ve been manifesting actually lands in your inbox?!!! 🥹✨ I’ve been eyeballing this mushroom coffee for so long, so this one feels extra special. I love the subtle, steady energy it gives me… just calm focus that actually feels supportive of my body. My favorite part is the blend of functional mushrooms. It feels like such an intentional addition to my wellness plan for 2026. It’s not a replacement for coffee for me, but an upgrade to my wellness routine and it makes for a beautiful morning ritual, that’s for sure! Feeling very grateful, very aligned, and very into slow, sustainable energy these days ☕️✨ so thank you and !
