Big shout out to and for these life changing patches! 😂 I’ve always been so thankful that Avery has been a good sleeper, but regardless, sleep as a mom is just ✨different✨ and not in a good way LOL. Finally feeling rested this morning and I think I owe it to a sweet little evening routine and this sleep patch! 💤 (And the eye patches were 10/10 too!)
