You may think I chose Fugazi's debut release because of for this , but it was actually because I had a dream last night I was at a conference with my ex and a man came up to me in that dream and started hitting on me, except when he approached me he put his arm around me to talk to me. I told him to stop and he didn't. So I put him in a headlock while my ex stood there. I chose Fugazi's seven song EP because of the song . IYKYK.

I was blessed to be able to see Fugazi twice. This band was and still is so relevant to our world.

This rock 'n' roll Friday is dedicated to female rage.

This vernal equinox we have equal parts light and dark before the light starts to linger. It is the true astrological new year as woven into the fabric of the cosmos. Today we're having a . This week is the 40 year anniversary of this gorgeous album from Depeche Mode. I'm looking forward to hearing my one of favorite songs "Stripped," and maybe even having a private dance party between patient appointments.

Snow day. Glow day. This is what cosmetic acupuncture looks like. I have some tiny pins called intradermals around my mouth, a few pins strategically placed in deeper lines, and pins in acupuncture points to reduce heat and inflammation caused by allergies. Those pins are relieving symptoms and regulating internal systems while also performing facial rejuvenation.

It's another Goddess Day at the acupuncture clinic. I have no idea how I forgot about Crowded House, but I was recently reminded of their excellent debut album.
