Try this quick breathing exercise to start your week with a clear and focused mind.

1. Find a comfortable, quiet space.
2. Sit or lie down with your eyes closed.
3. Take a deep breath in through your nose for a count of 4.
4. Hold your breath for a count of 4.
5. Exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of 4.
6. Repeat this for a few minutes, focusing solely on your breath.
