2 births within 3 days of eachother!

Believe it or not, I had yet to attend a homebirth and was finally blessed with the opportunity to support an amazing mama bring her precious one into the world from the comfort of her home. That was an incredible experience! I also had the opportunity of working alongside midwife Mary from Colville’s Saturn Clinic. Since I am training under her as a birth assistant too, this was a chance for me to practice my skills in newborn and postpartum assessment. An all around experience I will never forget.

Welcome to the world sweet baby boy! It was an honor to be a part of the team welcoming this cutie earthside. Mama did such an amazing job and I could not be any prouder! She rocked her birth and surrendered to her body and I’d say it was totally worth it. This little guy is absolutely precious 💙
