I accept Tricare and Medicaid so that more people who want to experience doula care can do so without worrying about cost. I'm not going to lie, taking insurance can be a pain sometimes but it's worth it, to be able to serve more amazing families. ❤️

I love morning births. Seeing the sky get lighter and lighter as a new little one enters the world.

You might notice that I never post pictures of my clients. My clients value their privacy, and I respect that. I will occasionally take pictures if they want me to, but they are sent to them and deleted when I'm done.

Sometimes a tummy birth is necessary. Planned C-sections can include many of your wishes. You can often have delayed cord clamping, skin to skin, and they can keep your placenta if you are encapsulating it. As a doula, my support cam extend in to the operating room. If you want support for your cesarean, DM me!
