On 13th July and beyond, some messages deserve more than just a day. 💛

Of U.S. children ages 3-17, an estimated 7 million have been diagnosed with at some point. That’s 11.4 percent — meaning we know lots of kids (and adults, too!) with ADHD. On , remember that patience and nonjudgmental support can make a big difference. All minds move differently, and all are welcome!

The hot days of summer are here! Fight the heat (and get some Vitamin C) by making fruit popsicles. Gather your favorite 100 percent fruit juice, some small cups, and popsicle sticks. Pour juice into the cups (leaving space at the top), place in popsicle sticks, and freeze overnight. Enjoy!
