Womblifting and postpartum care course has been completed. What an incredible journey we went on. We experienced herbal medicine and true healing care in a very special way during the entirety of this course. The experience is educational and transforming. I am grateful to our teacher and all of her teachers.

After 4 days of learning a traditional Thai medicinal practice that addresses women’s health, womblifting, we incorporated herbs, fire, salt and clay pots into our session.

To arrive at Baan Hom Samunphrai, the home of the sweet smelling herbs, is a feeling of being connected to the divine but here on earth.

To arrive at herbal day in any of Homprang’s classes is so beautiful. Imagine a tea bag as big as your head full of the most healing and fragrant herbs that shift your entire being from the aromas of freshly pounded Thai herbs. Thai herbal compresses are an amazing addition to anytherapeutic massage, especially when the herbs are fresh. But the herbs are just part of this incredible compress used in the Womblifting session. This is a very special and transformational healing session, and I am grateful for our teachers.

Took another bike ride and ended up in another one of our neighborhood markets. Still blown away by this time travel of retracing my favorite steps from 8 years ago and 10 years ago.

Some of my favorite steps are here at my school from the class room to the herbal steam bath to the beautiful dining space.

One look at these lovely Thai cows and I have a feeling you will easily give up on ordering beef while visiting this beautiful kingdom.

The super Mario mural is for the local Badminton pick up club, you can play for a couple bucks on Wednesday evenings, pretty awesome. There was also a local Taekwondo chapter going on at The Far East University campus which was on our rural bike ride through the rice fields and longan orchards.

I have had 4 massages in the last 5 days. I have been the one receiving and getting these incredible sessions!

I took 2 visits to the Old City Spa in Chiang Mai and today’s visit, I participated in a pretty amazing Breathwork workshop. The ice baths are not only an excellent way to beat the heat, they unlock a very special doorway.

Jason Ryer led the zen breathing techniques and it really was amazing to experience the effects of the breath work.

I am looking forward to sharing what i learn in
a very special course that begins tomorrow. Homprang’s “60 hour Womblifting, postpartum care and herbal remedies”. This course is the reason I am here in Thailand but while i am here, it’s incredible to take advantage of the wellness and healing that is available.
