Attention all Kindergarten and 7th-grade parents:
If you have a child who will be entering kindergarten or 7th grade, they must have a physical.
KINDERGARTEN- You need a physical, eye exam (some doctor offices do them and some do not), and updated vaccinations.
7th-GRADERS- You need a physical (will also work for sports) and updated vaccination records.
These things need to be done PRIOR to school starting.
Physical forms are available at the school, or you can reach out, and I can email them to you.
Feel free to take all completed physical forms to school, or you can email them to me.

Reminder:
All HS athletes playing a fall sport MUST get their physical and completed NSAA form to school before August 4th (first day of conditioning/practice). If we don’t have your physical, you will not participate until we have gotten it. Please reach out to me, if you have any questions or concerns.

Reminder:
Sport Physicals (only) are tomorrow (Tuesday) from 5-630pm and Thursday from 8-930am. These will be done at school in Nurse Tara’s Office. Physical forms MUST be filled out correctly and the NSAA form must be signed by both parents, if living under the same roof.

HIGH SCHOOL FALL SPORTS CONDITIONING/PRACTICES START AUGUST 4TH. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ATHLETE HAS THERE PHYSICAL BY THEN. CHEERLEADERS NEED PHYSICALS AS WELL.

REMINDER: ALL high school athletes MUST have their sports physicals done by the first day of conditioning. Their coaches will be providing that information to them, if they haven't already.

BOTH parents MUST sign the NSAA form, if living in the same household. IF it is not signed correctly, the physical form is not complete and the athlete will not allowed to participate until it's completed correctly. This is a NSAA rule. If you have any questions, please contact me.

This is for any Twin River 8th-12th grader participating in sports (this does include cheerleading). Sports physicals are required and must be completed by the first day of practice in August.
