Just picked up this beauty in Old Colorado City.. The main house has 10 beds and 2 bathrooms, and each guest house has another bed, bathroom, and kitchen. With a nice shared backyard space and garage game room, outdoor hot tub, and two BBQ grills.. shout out to my team, we turned all 3 houses today in under 4 hour's ✨️
