The air is thick with endings: collapsing ecosystems, dishonest empires, disregulated bodies filled with hate, distorted truths posing as “medicine.”
If we scroll through headlines and feel the sting of what we already knew in our bones, that no one is coming to save us, and yet… something ancient is rising.
If you are a healer, an empath, an animist, or a shamanic practitioner, this is not a time to look away. I think most of you are aware of that. But neither is it a time to burn out trying to fix a system that was never meant to hold the sacred.
You already know this. You feel more than most. You’ve held grief that others run from. You’ve whispered prayers into the soil while the world roars for speed and profit. You dedicated maybe most of your life to the sacred, the unseen, the magic of the land, and the ancient ways. Or perhaps you feel called into all this.

“I don’t know if my work matters anymore.”
”I want my service to support more people.”
”I need to quit this system that makes me sick.”
“I can’t keep holding it all.”
“How do I survive this?”
I hear you. I’ve been there. And I still have days when the winds of change push so loudly through my soul that I wonder if I imagined the path at all, or if I will ever find a resting time in a peaceful world.
But then…
I remember.
I remember the elder who told me, “The medicine people must prepare now. Not later. Now.” I remember that this isn’t the first collapse. It’s just the latest one. And the sacred has survived all of them.
So, in sitting with all this, with the precious exchange with the people in my circles, with the elders & wise guides that surround me, and with the magical voices of land and Spirit, I wanted to write something deep, authentic, grounded, and also profound. Not just for surviving, but for thriving. For reclaiming your clarity, your courage, and your sacred role. For remembering that this time is also filled with incredible magic and possibilities.
… Because in times like these, we don’t need more coping mechanisms or old habits that do not work anymore. We need a holy AND rooted remembering.
And you, dear one, carry medicine the
