I have been running a new teen social skills group on Thursday nights and I'm really enjoying it. I know working with teens is not every therapist's cup of tea but man, it is so hilarious sometimes! 😂😂😂

To see the good in people, the potential, the talent, the grace, the tired warrior in front of you...
As a therapist, when I sit with clients in their vulnerability and pain, they often think that in that exposed moment of truth -that they are the most weak and unlovable. This couldn't be further from the truth. This is when they are the most real, the most themselves, the most open, and ready to grow. ♥️
