⭐️We are a fast-paced, growing medical spa seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, organized, personable, and thrives in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications:
    •    Experience in a medical spa, medical office, or customer service role preferred
    •    Medical Assistant experience is a plus
    •    Strong communication and multitasking skills
    •    Professional appearance and positive attitude
    •    Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
    •    Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

The Story

Anna Williams, Owner of Define Medical Esthetics, based in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. She moved here in 1989 and met her loving and supportive husband when she obtained a job as his office manager in 1996. She has three adult sons, an adult daughter, and two adorable grandchildren. She managed her husband’s three companies for over 20 years, after he opened his third business, she decided to pursue a degree in nursing. Anna is a master injector, certified in many treatments, and loves learning new and upcoming procedures that she can bring to Define Medical Esthetic’s clientele.

Here at Define Medical Esthetics we epitomize integrity, hard work, honesty, compassion, caring and creativity in every detail of your esthetic procedure. We specialize in customizing treatments for each individual’s uniqueness and treat everyone like family.
