I’ve been in the kitchen a lot more this year! Very proud of all these healthy foods from scratch!

Did you know that almost every food product is bioengineered 🥴

To help keep your pantry cleaner, I suggest making some of your staples from scratch! Those little steps will go a long way!

Know what you’re putting into your body because it’s important!!!

Yes it’s more work and yes I know it’s convenient to just buy things, but is it convenient to always be sick or have gut health issues or headaches or sore joints? Nope! Everything starts with nutrition!!!🤍

So it’s been awhile since I’ve posted on here🤦🏼‍♀️

2 years is a long time! In that time frame I had 2 baby boys R***r and Remi! (Not at the same time)

I still like to eat mostly vegetarian but I eat meat 1-2x a week.

Here are some yummy goods I’ve been eating on my post partum journey #3 and breastfeeding! I had to up the proteins and fat to maintain good supply for my little guy!

I make my own bread now and I’m still gluten intolerant so I use GF pastas
