Pain is the result of fear and anger combined. It happens as you are scolded or punished in someway to remind you that you were in error. When this happens, you have a mini scared moment. That scary moment is then laced into all other scary moments. As time goes by and you age, those thoughts get categrorized and you become more intellectually focused on what is wrong with the world and yourself. In no time at all you have become afraid of the world and your own abilities. So, you try to find someone to help. That someone is supposed to think and feel like you. A carbon copy!

Well, since no two people are alike from a soul vibration, you have set yourself an impossible task to find another you! The more you look, the more upset you get at your failure and in time you get depressed, suppressing fear and anger until you manifest pain emotionally, and then mentally and finally physically.
