Today was extra sweet in our home! 🍍💛
One of our amazing residents, Marj, teamed up with our wonderful caregiver Sierra and got busy in the kitchen baking a delicious pineapple upside down cake to celebrate National Pineapple Upside Down Cake Day!
The smiles, laughter, and the smell of that cake baking made today so special. Moments like these are what it’s all about—creating joy, connection, and a place that truly feels like home. 🏡✨
And the best part… all of our residents absolutely loved it! 🍰❤️

This week we celebrated National Banana Day with all kinds of yummy treats! 🍌
Our residents enjoyed delicious banana splits, creamy banana fudge pudding, and classic peanut butter & banana sandwiches. It was a fun and tasty way to celebrate such a sweet day! 🍨🍌🥪

Our Gems 4 home was filled with smiles, laughter, and Easter joy as we celebrated together! 💛

A very special thank you to the Dementia Connection of Lake Havasu for your wonderful visit with the Easter Bunny—it truly made the day magical for our residents! 🐰✨

We’d also like to give a heartfelt shoutout to the Havasu Stitchers for the beautiful handmade quilts. Your kindness and creativity brought so much warmth and comfort. 🧵💕

And a special thank you to Sue, one of our amazing family members, for the lovely cloth baskets—such a thoughtful and personal touch to our celebration! 🧺🌷

A huge thank you to Maggie’s Hospice for stopping by and bringing adorable s’mores kits for our residents. 🍫🔥 It truly made their day and brought so many smiles (and a little chocolatey joy too!).
