Learn to save a life for FREE!

There has been a lot of recent examples in town showing why it’s important to know CPR and how to use an AED.

There was a recent post in town where an AED was available and not used, with a poor outcome. Shortly after that there was an incident at a different location where a cardiac arrest occurred and an AED and CPR was used prior to EMS arrival with a good outcome.

The fact is, good CPR and AED use greatly increases the chance of survival! Are you prepared?

If not, you should know that HRMC offers free classes monthly. The non-certification class is an hour long, and teaches you how to do adult CPR / AED.

If you want to learn more or are required to maintain a CPR card for your employment, there is also paid American Heart CPR classes offered.

Follow Heart Safe AZ for the updated schedules of all classes. This is a skill that every able bodied person should know, and it’s FREE! Share the info with your friends!
