🧘 Chakra Balancing Yoga

Chakra Balancing Yoga is a practice designed to align and harmonize the body’s seven main energy centers (chakras). It blends physical postures, breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and sometimes chanting to support emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.

The chakra system comes from ancient Indian traditions and is referenced in yogic and Ayurvedic philosophy.



🌈 The 7 Main Chakras & Related Yoga Focus

1️⃣ Root Chakra (Muladhara)
• Location: Base of spine
• Theme: Safety, stability, grounding
• Helpful poses: Mountain, Malasana (yogic squat), Warrior I
• Focus: Grounding breath, slow steady holds



2️⃣ Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana)
• Location: Lower abdomen
• Theme: Creativity, emotions, pleasure
• Helpful poses: Hip openers, Goddess pose, Pigeon
• Focus: Fluid movement, hip mobility



3️⃣ Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)
• Location: Upper abdomen
• Theme: Confidence, personal power
