Our Story

Dr. Shelley Bengard, D.C. has been practicing Chiropractic Care tor the past 10 years. She graduated with her Doctorate in Chiropractic from SCUHS, Southern California University of Health Sciences, in 2007. She has been able to help individuals with back pain, headaches, dizziness, neck pain, numbness, Scoliosis, tendinitis, sciatica, Joint pain, muscle pain, limited mobility and more. The philosophy of Dr. Shelley Bengard’s practice, Embody Wellness Chiropractic is, "to to treat the body as a whole, not to just a single symptom." Her goal is to improve the patient’s quality of life by improving their function and decreasing their pain.
