He is the author of both “Mrs. Fitness”(DVD) & “the Art of Muscle Sculpting”. Mike has also been business partners with the Gold’s Gym franchise & the founders of the now popular Anytime Fitness franchise. His list of clients include: the US Air National Guard, Olympic athletes, pro bodybuilders, doctors, and many other medical professionals. Although once chosen as the least athletic guy in school, Mike now middle aged leads by example with a body fat percentage of less than 6% and a metabolism twice the pace of a teenager; which is one of his trade secrets.
