I have been practicing yoga for 20 years and have seen firsthand the positive effects that yoga has on mind, body and spirit. I was inspired by the extraordinary healing potential of yoga and my passion blossomed into the desire to take it to the next level. I enhanced my journey at The Soul of Yoga in Encinitas, CA, and I am a certified yoga instructor registered with Yoga Alliance. While I find joy in moving around the yoga mat, I also love the water as a Stand up Jet Ski Racer as well as regularly practicing SUP Yoga. My yoga teaching incorporates both Iyengar style of proper alignment and Vinyasa, moving with the breath. My goal is to make each Yoga experience rewarding and to provide a welcoming environment free from judgment and competition
