I hate selfies. These pictures are 1 year apart. Nevertheless, getting healthy is important. Mom's side has a history of cirrhosis, diabetes, and heart disease. Dad's has same including strokes. He passed from Parkinson's and dementia.

I myself was pre-diabetic, high cholesterol, and high triglycerides.
Semiglutide helped me lose weight 2 years ago but it also had me lose mass.

Since January I've been working out 5 days a week and eating healthier. No semiglutide. The results have been great.

I still have to get my cholesterol down a bit, but Im feeling much better and healthier.

The bonus is Im back to wearing pant size I was in high school !!! That's a win!

Establishing routine and consistency is key. Just get started and go from there! And dont forget the major benefits for mental health!!! Get started!!!
