Infinitie Health will be closed Friday, April 18, 2025 through Monday April 21, 2025 to allow our staff to celebrate the Easter holiday weekend with their families. April is stress awareness month. Though we can't eliminate stress, Infinitie Health is happy to be your partner in managing stress in your life. Self care is the best way to achieve balance. 3 things you can do:

1. Meditation - finding space and time to clear one's mind and relax can reduce stress and anxiety
2. Exercise - activities you enjoy are an excellent release and can help management stressful feelings.
3. Visit your healthcare provider - schedule an appt for a wellness exam. Knowing how you're doing can bring peace of mind. Identifying issues early can help maintain your highest level of health!
