If you immediately thought “me 🙋🏼♀️” or guilty laughed, then perhaps you should give me a call. This is what we like to call anxiety. Good news: anxiety doesn’t always have to be the boss of you. Give me a call, take a walk, let the sun hit your skin, drink some water, or go snug your cat or dog, but show your anxiety who is in charge.
