From finder "Found this wandering dog yesterday in the Hourglass district, between Bumby and Ferncreek. He's was covered in urine and f***s. We gave him a bath and fed him. We trimmed his hair around his eyes so he could see." No microchip and not neutered. Proof of ownership is required alongside identifying factors. A case has been filed with OCAS. Resides in the care of Charlie's corner animal sanctuary.

Description: Cream doodle heavily matted, no neutered, no microchip, skinny. Skiddish but friendly.
