Wu-Tang Yoga: Enter the 36 Poses is more than movement—it’s a gritty, soulful flow where hip-hop beats, Shaolin warrior energy, and yogic breathwork collide.

We’ll ground with 36 intentional breaths, flow through warrior-inspired sequences, and close with vibrational tuning fork meditation over Wu-Tang instrumentals.

This class is a journey of rhythm, resilience, and raw presence.
