You might have heard of Fitzpatrick Skin types. These are the descriptive terms that we use to classify human skin color. It divides skin tones into six different levels. While this classification system is very basic and very Eurocentric, there are more extensive skin color classification systems that take a lot of the different variations of skin tone into account. The Fitzpatrick scale is used mostly in this country.

It's important to know someone's Fitzpatrick because darker skin tones require more care and caution when doing more aggressive treatments.

Happy Spooky Season everyone! I hope you all had a great summer and have weathered these massive storms successfully.

Here are my specials for October.
