FeedingKidz is a ministry of the Hope Center to serve the children of Seaview Heights, Jamaica.

Feeding the children in the Bush is just one way of helping them retain what they learn, do well in school, and find a future. We are now feeding them 3 days a week, 2 at the Hope Center, and 1 further up the hill.

Keep praying as we continue to move forward in finding ways to bring HOPE to those who need it most!

The new schedule for feeding the children is working spectacularly! Our numbers have increased and it's amazing to see the response of the community. Keep praying and keep giving!

Last week we added a 3rd day to our schedule for feeding the children in the Bush! This has been our plan since starting these meals but we needed to start with just 2 days to iron out any start-up issues. By faith this past week was the time picked to expand this outreach and all went extremely well, praise God!

Keep praying and keep giving as we, through better nutrition, work towards increasing the number of students who pass their exams and go on to higher education! THANKS to all who have given to make this happen!

The doing of good works as described in Ephesians 2:10 is a result of Christ already dwelling in you and guiding you into what He prepared for US to do to bring Him glory.

In other words, if you know Christ but don’t serve Him in serving others, you’ve embraced Ephesians 2:8-9 and ignored verse 10.

I am spending a week in Jamaica facilitating Lumen Christi HS. While the team was at the worksite, I stopped by the Hope Center and checked in on the FeedingKidz program. I had the best time hanging with the kids, helping a family get shoes after they lost them in a small fire, and serving lunch today. Next week the children’s books arrive! Thank you to all who contributed and continue to contribute to IsleGo Mission FeedingKids Program.

Our first giving Tuesday was a big success. We raised $2,500 and we matched it bringing the total to $5,000. This equates to approximately 33 feedings! Thank you so much for all the support.
