Meet Jordan Kelly. Our New Instructional Coach/Interventionist!

We’re thrilled to welcome Jordan Kelly to the Seminole team as our new Instructional Coach and Interventionist! Jordan is entering her fifth year with UCP, having previously served as a classroom teacher at both the West Orange and BECA campuses. Prior to joining UCP, she worked as an Enrichment Specialist for Brooklyn Public Schools, supporting students from Pre-K through 5th grade.

Outside of school, Jordan enjoys spending time with her husband going to concerts and the beach, playing board games, and taking long walks with their dog, Sandwich.

Please join us in giving Jordan a warm Seminole welcome! We’re excited for an amazing 2025–2026 school year and beyond!

It’s the first day of Teacher Appreciation Week! We’re kicking things off with some throwback photos of our amazing teacher teams from the Fall Festival. Our teachers love a good theme and always show up with enthusiasm for every celebration. Tomorrow is Favorite Flower Day! Thanks to the generous donations from the we were able to create food bags for our Starfish families to last the next two weeks. We’re incredibly grateful to see our community coming together to support UCP. The club will continue hosting this food drive through May 13th. They meet every Tuesday at 6 PM in front of Tin & Taco in Lake Mary for a 3-mile run, walk, or jog.

UCP Seminole has partnered with the for a Food Drive now through May 13th!

This joint effort supports our Starfish families within the community, in collaboration with a local club based in Lake Mary.

The Mental Milestones Run Club meets every Tuesday at 6:00 PM at Tin & Taco for a 3-mile run, walk, or jog. In addition to dropping off a food donation, everyone is encouraged to join the fun—this is an all-inclusive, welcoming group for all fitness levels!

Did you know that UCP Seminole is an Orton-Gillingham Model School? We’ve established a strong partnership with the Reed Charitable Foundation, through which all of our teachers are trained in the Orton-Gillingham approach. This language-based, multisensory, structured, sequential, cumulative, cognitive, and flexible method empowers students to become confident readers and life-long learners.

This morning, Ms. Ann our 2nd Grade Teacher and Principal Garzione attended the RCF breakfast to celebrate the continued success of this impactful program.
