This Sunday, we had such a great time! We started with an energizing class led by Cassidy and followed it with an insightful talk by Dr. Dina on how posture, something so instinctive and part of our daily lives that is deeply connected to pelvic floor health.

This event is us tackling our New Year’s resolution to educate women until pelvic floor physical therapy becomes common knowledge. Thank you to everyone who joined us, asked questions, and walked away with new insight into just how impactful proper posture can be.

To be loved is to be seen,
and this Christmas,
I felt known and loved.

I received two thoughtful gifts from my sons, a Ratatouille mouse and a beautiful purse. A purse like this is perfect for me to match with my outfits, I will be getting so much use out of it!
And Ratatouille? It’s my favorite movie and my favorite ride at Disney.

These gifts have me feeling deeply grateful, and they made me reflect on how I work.
At our clinic, our goal is to create a space where women feel understood and seen. To truly offer healing, we need to listen to really comprehend what’s at the heart of it.
