James' journey to a pain-free life is nothing short of inspiring. From chronic pain that escalated to an emergency room visit to the relief and hope regained post-surgery, it's a story of resilience and expert care.

"The first thing I remember after waking up from surgery with Dr. Rivera was the absence of pain. It was a remarkable feeling," James recalls Dr. Rivera's approach.

If you have plantar fasciitis, you know how difficult it can be to get around during a flare-up. Most cases can be managed with conservative treatments:

✅ Rest and modify activities to avoid high-impact exercises.
✅ Wear supportive footwear and use orthotics.
✅ Apply ice for inflammation and heat for circulation.
✅ Perform stretching and strengthening exercises for the calf and plantar fascia.
✅ Use NSAIDs for pain relief; severe cases may require corticosteroid injections or ultrasound therapy.
