Holding a grudge is like drinking poison and waiting for the other person to die. Anger and resentment only increase stress, anxiety, and a lack of peace. They do nothing to the person that have hurt us and only poison us from the inside out. Forgiveness is not forgetting, but letting go of the anger associated with the person who hurt us. Remember, what you focus on you get more of. 💚💚
