Big news, friends! 🥁

I’m beyond excited (and still pinching myself!) I’ve been invited to present at the Fourth Latin American OCD Congress in Reñaca, Valparaíso, Chile 🇨🇱 this fall. It’s my first international conference with Always Growing Counseling, LLC! 💜🌱

This milestone means so much to me, a chance to learn, share, and connect with incredible therapists from around the world so I can bring even more back to the clients and families I serve. 🧠💪

I had the opportunity to attend the International OCD Foundation 30th Annual OCD Conference virtually and it was an amazing experience! The sessions were so good and engaging. Cant wait for next year’s conference!

Yesterday we had a good time and the opportunity to volunteer with Operation 11 Charlie 501c3 at the COMMUNITY
VETERAN WELLNESS FAIR. Thank you so much to the Bureau of Violence & Injury Prevention of the Florida Health Department of Orange County, Florida Government for setting this up and having us.

We were able to meet other amazing agencies and organizations such as Green Consulting LLC, 26Health, and The IGY6; Foundation amongst others and make awesome connections.

A 4-Week Virtual Support & Psychoeducation Group for Families Impacted by Baker Acts and Mental Health Struggles🌿

Has your child, teen, or loved one been Baker Acted or is dealing with mental health struggles?
You’re not alone — and you don’t have to navigate this on your own anymore.

🧠 Join our virtual support group for a guided 4-week journey for families recovering from the chaos of a mental health crisis — with expert-led sessions, tools, and a community that understands.

Join our support group to:
✔️Learn how a Baker Act works and what to expect after
✔️Explore healthy coping skills and boundaries
✔️Learn how to support your loved one without burning out
✔️Regain a sense of calm, confidence, and connection
✔️Connect with others who get it in a judgemtn free space

🗓️ Starting on Wednesday May 7th, 2025 at 6:30pm
📍 Virtual
💵 Basic- $149 for 4 weeks
(Include: Weekly 60 min support group,
psychoeducation/coping skills handouts, community resources, how to talk to schools/hospitals, etc. & access to a private Facebook group for addiitional support.)

*** This is not a therapy group. This is a psychoeducational and support space.*** Participants will receive weekly tools, optional handouts, and access to a community that gets it.
