May is EDS & HSD Awareness Month! 🧡🦓
A time to spread awareness and support for those impacted my Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and Hypermobile Spectrum Disorder (HSD), which are connective tissue disorders that can affect the joints, muscles, skin, and blood vessels in a range of ways.
Today’s topic is ‘life hacks’ so here are a few ways someone with EDS/HSD might be able to make their lives a little easier. 🙌🏼
