Something to think about

Everyone who is tempted to use drugs should see this. With disturbing before and after photos of drug users’ faces, a new anti-drug campaign may succeed where others have failed, grabbing teens’ attentions by appealing to their vanity.

It is hard for some to know if they are an alcoholic. Actually we don't even use that term anymore. Now they have a substance use disorder. But here is the gist. If you are a female and drink 3 drinks in a sitting, if you are a male and drink 4 drinks in a sitting well...then...you have a substance use disorder. Whether you believe it or not, whether you "think" you are in control or not. If you find yourself drinking more than you think you should...please reach out to us today. We believe there is always hope, healing and renewal!

The Fall edition of Addiction Professional Journal, 2017 has an article predicting what the next drug crisis is going to be in the United States and especially Florida. Can you guess what it might be? It is amphetamines. Drugs for ADD, ADHD and Co***ne. We must always be aware of what we are doing when it comes to these drugs. We can inadvertantly make our kids addicts.
