Orange you glad you know how citrus fruits affect your teeth? Citrus fruits like oranges, lemons, and grapefruits are packed with vitamin C, but their high acidity can wear down tooth enamel over time. That enamel is your tooth’s protective layer, and once it starts to erode, you may notice increased sensitivity and a greater risk of cavities.
