Reflections Yoga & Wellness Discover balance, strength, and peace at Reflections Yoga & Wellness. I am on a mission to share the tools of yoga with as many humans as possible.

From Yoga, Pilates, and Barre to massage, body treatments, and Reiki, we support your total body wellness in a welcoming, restorative space for growth and healing. My name is Bonnie McKenzie, I am a RYT 200 Yoga Alliance certified yoga/meditation instructor, and the founder of Reflections Yoga & Wellness llc. You do not have to be "flexible" or "good" at yoga to practice yoga. Yoga is about connecting to something bigger than yourself, yoga is about creating harmony between your mind, your body, and your heart, that will allow you to gain tools to reflect the true you. I offer in person group yoga classes at several local yoga studio's, one-to-one private instruction and workshops by appointment. Group yoga class location's with schedule will be updated on this page weekly, one-to-one instruction and workshops are by appointment only.
