I started feeling under the weather. Sickness has been going through my community and a coworker had a major sinus infection, and he had to use my keyboard . There was no way around it. So last night when I got home, I started feeling a bit like that was trying to come on me.

I put this sticker on called glutathione. It causes my body to produce the peptide called glutathione. That is a master antioxidant in the body. When wearing the sticker it increases by 300%. All I have to say is it's been 24 hours and I have zero symptoms at all nor have I had any all day!

I got these orange lensed, blue light blocking glasses at the Hack Your Health Tampa event last month. It takes soooo much stress off my eyes at night!!

I got a yellow lensed pair for day use, too. I learned that if your blue light blockers are clear, they are not real.
