Five years ago, when I first started building my business, I thought success meant always being available…answering messages at all hours, squeezing in work whenever I could, and never really shutting off. I told myself it was just part of the hustle. But over time, that hustle turned into burnout.

I was always thinking about my business, always feeling like there was more to do. And if I’m being honest, my family got the leftovers of me. And that was never the vision I had when I started this.

But I’ve learned something that changed the game. You don’t have to run yourself into the ground to build something meaningful. You can set boundaries. You can have dedicated work hours. You can create a business that fits your life instead of a life that revolves around your business.

Now, my business runs with ease. I have time for my family without guilt. I work smarter, not harder. And I’m showing other women how to do the same.
