We now have Berberine in stock! This is a great herb to naturally support glucose levels, traditionally used for predibetics, but also supports healthy cholesterol levels. And yes - it's safe to take even if you have a Metformin prescription. Research has shown that a combination of berberine and metformin can enhance the effects of these two medications on blood sugar, and reduce the intestinal intolerance of Metformin.
