This post was originally scheduled to go out a few days ago and somehow got missed in the calendar 🤷‍♀️ but it feels important to share now.

Here are a few photos from our 3-year anniversary celebration last month. Thank you to everyone who showed up and spent the afternoon with us.

And thank you to my team — for leading, guiding, and caring for this community so well that I was able to completely step away from my phone for the last week. 🤍

✨ **Dancer Pose — 4 Ways to Explore Natarajasana** ✨

Last week of dancer pose!
There isn’t just one way to dance. Here are four options to meet yourself exactly where you are:

1️⃣ **On the Knees (Tabletop Variation)**
From tabletop, reach back for the foot while pressing firmly through the grounded hand and knee. This variation builds strength, balance, and back-body awareness with a lower center of gravity. Option to loop a strap around the foot for added space.

2️⃣ **Traditional Bind (Inside of Foot)**
Reach back and bind the inner foot. Press the foot into the hand and kick up from the inner thigh to help keep the hips square and the heart lifting.

3️⃣ **With a Strap (Standing)**
Loop the strap around the lifted foot and walk your hands up the strap as you kick back. This creates space in the shoulders while supporting steadiness.

4️⃣ **Overhead Flip Grip**
For a deeper expression, flip the grip overhead and lift through the chest. Root down through the standing leg as you rise.

Remember — it’s not about how high the leg goes. It’s about steady breath, strong foundation, and exploring your edge with grace.
