Food really is medicine… especially when we slow down enough to listen.
Spring is a beautiful time to reconnect with what your body is actually asking for such as more fresh foods, lighter meals, and a little more awareness around how things feel.
These are a few simple swaps we use at home to support energy and gut health… nothing extreme, just gentle shifts.
Before your next meal, try pausing for a moment and asking:
“What would feel good in my body right now?”
You might be surprised how clear the answer is.
