Meet Tristan Roy, PA-C, from the Port Angeles clinic!

Tristan is a certified Physician Assistant with a background in primary care and a passion for dermatology. Before transitioning into dermatology, she spent two years practicing family medicine, where she developed a well-rounded, patient-centered approach to care. Tristan completed the Society of Dermatology Physician Associates (SDPA) Dermatology Fellowship course and is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to help patients achieve healthy skin.

Outside of work, Tristan enjoys hiking with her dogs, paddleboarding, reading, and exploring everything the Olympic Peninsula has to offer.

With nine years of nursing experience and three years as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Alejandra brings a thoughtful and well-rounded approach to dermatologic care. Her clinical experience spans dermatology, geriatric care, and allergy and immunology, allowing her to care for patients across a wide range of needs and life stages.

Alejandra is passionate about ensuring each patient feels heard, informed, and supported throughout their care. She speaks Spanish and is a valuable resource for our Spanish-speaking community. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors hiking with her two rescue dogs.

We’re excited to welcome Samantha McKay, MD, to our Lake Oswego and Sandy clinics! Dr. McKay is a board-certified family physician with additional specialized training in dermatology and a strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.

With over 14 years of clinical experience, Dr. McKay has practiced independently across a variety of ambulatory settings. She has also served in leadership roles, including Clinical Medical Director, where she focused on delivering exceptional care and supporting clinical excellence within outpatient family and internal medicine practices.

Dr. McKay brings a thoughtful, experienced approach to dermatologic care and is passionate about helping patients feel confident and well cared for.

We’re excited to welcome Daria Karas, PA-C, to our Silverdale clinic! Daria is a certified Physician Associate with over a decade of experience in family medicine, urgent care, and dermatology, with a strong focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.

In 2023, Daria was honored with the Eddie Award, recognizing her exceptional dedication and fearless spirit in patient care. She also served as a Population Health Champion, leading initiatives to improve health outcomes through innovative, patient-focused strategies.

Dedicated to advancing the PA profession, Daria is NCCPA certified and an active member of the AAPA. From 2023–2025, she served on the Board of Directors of the NCCPA Health Foundation, where she chaired the Health Disparities Committee and advocated for greater equity in healthcare.

Originally from Ukraine, Daria brings a global perspective to her work and speaks English, Russian, and Hebrew. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys hiking with her family, baking, reading, and gardening.

Welcome, Navy Hymas, PA-C! 💙

We’re excited to welcome Navy Hymas, PA-C, to our Sandy, Salem, and Hillsboro clinics! Navy is a Physician Assistant with a strong passion for dermatology and patient-centered care.

Born and raised in Ogden, Utah, Navy earned her bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science from Weber State University in 2022, graduating summa cm laude. Her interest in dermatology began while shadowing a dermatology PA prior to graduate school, and she knew right away it was the perfect fit. She went on to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at OHSU in 2025 and is excited to begin her career in a specialty she truly loves.

Navy enjoys building meaningful connections with her patients and is dedicated to providing care that is both compassionate and effective. Outside of the clinic, she loves photography, reading, watercolor painting, and getting outdoors on a hike.
