I’ve been thinking a lot about why New Year’s resolutions rarely stick.
Most resolutions ask us to change our behavior without changing how we see ourselves. They’re big, future-focused, and often rooted in pressure or self-correction.
What I’ve seen, both personally and professionally, is that real change usually happens through micro shifts. Small moments of awareness. Gentle pauses. Positive regard toward ourselves that slowly reshapes identity.
That’s what this video is about.
Not fixing habits.
Not doing more.
Just noticing what happens when we stop forcing change and start listening.
