I was thankful to be invited to my colleagues Regan Goodrich and Lenore Cangeloso’s event of Soul Shine: An Exploration of Self this morning. Their event was inspirational. The mission of their event was to spark awareness of Chinese Medicine. I like what they said, “Our bodies are brilliant and in constant communication with us. That “gut feeling” is real, so if it doesn’t feel right don’t do it.” Thank you, Regan.
