Lake Oswego Health Center PC

Lake Oswego Health Center PC Lake Oswego Health Center offers functional and regenerative medicine tailored for you. We are licensed primary care providers in Oregon.

Naturopathic Medical Doctors undergo a rigorous medical education at one of the seven fully accredited North American Naturopathic Medical Schools. The first two years of education mirror a traditional Western medical education in terms of the biological sciences: Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Microbiology and Medical Diagnosis. The last two years are clinical training, working hands-on with patients in a variety of clinical settings. These years focus on natural methods of healing, including nutrition, vitamin therapy, herbalism, homeopathy and physical/structural medicine, as well as Western pharmacology when indicated. Our clinic is also licensed in Washington.

Glutathione is often called the body’s master antioxidant because of its central role in protecting cells from oxidative stress and supporting overall health.

In Part 1, Dr. M explains why glutathione is essential for cardiovascular health, memory and brain function, and proper detoxification. Adequate glutathione levels help the body neutralize free radicals, support the liver’s natural detox pathways, and protect tissues that are particularly vulnerable to oxidative damage, including the heart and brain.

We’re here to give you supportive tools along the way, making it easier to feel better while we work on the underlying drivers of your health.

For the month of March, we are offering 10% off Glutathione IV and Glutathione Spray. Call 503-505-9806 to schedule!

Energy naturally declines with age as cellular repair slows and mitochondria become less efficient. Over time, this can show up as fatigue, brain fog, and reduced stamina.

To support energy at the cellular level, we offer advanced therapies including NAD therapy to help fuel cellular energy and healthy aging, methylene blue to support mitochondrial efficiency, and ozone therapy to enhance oxygen delivery and support cellular function.

Aging is inevitable. Feeling low on energy doesn’t have to be. Schedule by calling 503-505-9806.

When your body is out of balance, it often signals through symptoms like fatigue and brain fog, mood changes, sugar cravings, and disrupted sleep. These concerns may be linked to underlying drivers such as blood sugar instability, cortisol rhythm disruption, thyroid or s*x hormone shifts, and nutrient deficiencies.

Rather than dismissing these symptoms as normal aging or stress alone, a comprehensive evaluation can help identify root contributors. Advanced diagnostic testing and individualized treatment strategies, including targeted nutrition, hormone assessment, metabolic support, and restorative therapies, provide a more precise and effective approach to care.

Take control of your health today. Call 503-505-9806 or visit lakeoswegohealth.com to schedule.

Brain fog is a frequent symptom we see that may be linked to sleep disruption, chronic stress, metabolic and gut health, inflammation, blood sugar imbalance, or hormonal shifts. It can show up as slower thinking, forgetfulness, difficulty concentrating, or feeling mentally fatigued throughout the day. During the winter months, reduced daylight, changes in routine, and seasonal shifts in mood and sleep can make these symptoms more noticeable.

At Lake Oswego Health Center, we evaluate the most common drivers including nervous system regulation, sleep recovery, nutrient status, metabolic health, and hormones so care can be personalized. Support may include lifestyle guidance, targeted nutrient or IV therapy, and bioidentical hormone therapy based on your labs, symptoms, and goals.

Call us today or visit www.lakeoswegohealth.com to support your body through seasonal change and get to the root of what’s driving your symptoms.

Winter can shift your mood and energy in real ways. Light exposure, sleep consistency, movement, nutrients, and stress all play a bigger role this time of year. These factors shape brain chemistry, sleep quality, and how your body responds to stress, and it can help to support your energy more intentionally during this season.

At LOHC, we look at the full picture from light exposure and sleep rhythms to movement, stress, and nutrient support so your energy is supported for the season you’re in.

If you’re feeling more tired, unmotivated, or “off” this time of year, we’re here to help. Call 503-505-9806 or visit lakeoswegohealth.com.

Shorter days and reduced natural light can disrupt circadian rhythm, nervous system regulation, and sleep quality. As light exposure drops, melatonin patterns shift, cortisol signaling changes, and the nervous system may remain in a more fatigued, stress-adapted state. Over time, this may show up as low energy, poor sleep, slower recovery, and increased inflammation.

Supporting the body through seasonal shifts means responding to biological signals. Nervous system regulation, quality sleep, and metabolic support are key to sustaining energy and recovery during the winter months.

Call us today or visit www.lakeoswegohealth.com to support your body through seasonal change.

Metabolic health plays a central role in how your body regulates weight, energy, hormones, blood sugar, and inflammation. As we age, changes in insulin sensitivity, cortisol, thyroid function, and nutrient status can quietly slow metabolism. This can make weight loss more difficult, energy harder to sustain, and progress frustrating even when habits are consistent.

Supporting metabolic health is not about quick fixes. It’s about understanding what is driving resistance in the body and creating a targeted plan that supports balance and long-term results.

Our Metabolic Bundles are designed to support metabolism from multiple angles, combining clinical insight, functional testing, and supportive therapies to help the body respond more effectively.

To inquire about our metabolic bundles, call 503-505-9806 or visit lakeoswegohealth.com.

Stress, sleep, and metabolism are deeply connected, and together they shape how your body produces energy, balances blood sugar, and recovers day to day.

Chronic stress can disrupt hormone signaling and increase inflammation. Poor sleep affects insulin sensitivity and appetite regulation. When these systems are out of sync, metabolism slows, energy levels drop, and the body has a harder time maintaining balance.

Supporting metabolic health isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about regulating stress, protecting sleep quality, and giving your body the signals it needs to function efficiently and sustainably.

If you’re ready to support your energy and metabolism at a deeper level, we’re here to help. Visit lakeoswegohealth.com or call 503-505-9806 to learn more or schedule a consultation.

Metabolic health is dynamic, responding daily to how you eat, move, rest, and manage stress.

How you fuel your body, manage stress, move, rest, and maintain consistency all influence how efficiently your body produces energy, regulates blood sugar, and adapts over time. Research continues to show that small, intentional lifestyle shifts can support metabolic stability and long-term health.

The most effective changes are the ones that align with your body, your routine, and your current health needs.

✨ We’re here to support your journey with evidence-informed therapies, targeted supplements, and personalized guidance designed to help you strengthen metabolic function at your own pace.
